1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 88ji website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on 88ji, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the 88ji Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 88ji strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its players.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The 88ji Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. 88ji makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 88ji, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register or maintain a player account on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 88ji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. 88ji reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 KYC Verification. 88ji is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 88ji for verification purposes, including but not limited to:
3.4 Verification Timeline. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. 88ji aims to complete verification within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documentation, though this timeline may vary.
3.5 Account Ownership. Your 88ji account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88ji login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 88ji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4.2 88ji will never ask you for your password. Any communication purporting to be from 88ji that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.3 88ji employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your account and personal data. However, you acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable and that 88ji cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account.
4.4 You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 88ji account to provide an additional layer of security.
4.5 88ji shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 88ji accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 88ji is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
5.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the source account.
5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya/Maya are typically credited to your 88ji account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
5.5 No Cryptocurrency. 88ji does not accept cryptocurrency deposits of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in accordance with Philippine regulations.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification. 88ji reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 88ji may request additional verification before processing withdrawals to GCash, Maya, or bank accounts.
6.3 Processing Time. 88ji aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.5 Wagering Requirements. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus are generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to verification requirements.
6.6 Right to Investigate. 88ji reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 88ji will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
7.1 88ji offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. 88ji reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting strategies, or colluding with other players.
7.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
7.5 88ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.
8.1 All games available on the 88ji Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time.
8.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 88ji reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant stakes to the player's account. 88ji's decision in such matters is final.
8.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted by 88ji at any time.
8.4 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. 88ji is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

10.3 The 88ji name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 88ji. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of 88ji.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 88ji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 88ji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88ji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 88ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

13.1 88ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.2 Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting 88ji customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to account closure.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to verification requirements and applicable deductions.
14.1 88ji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 88ji will provide reasonable notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 88ji's customer support team for resolution. 88ji will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
